Mrs. Frishmuth started her educational career as a Middle School Counselor, then a 12th grade Counselor and finally became the Director of Pupil Services over a span of 15 years. These jobs gave her an opportunity to be in the classroom teaching Peer Relations, College and Career development and training teachers and counselors alike. She also enjoyed coaching both high school and middle school girls soccer teams, leading a FCA chapter and chaperoning HS Leadership trips. She was then blessed to become a stay-at-home mom for 7 years which she will forever be grateful for. Last year she was the WFCS PreK assistant where she helped teach and care for some of the youngest of the Lord’s precious children. Cheryl and her husband, Nic have 3 daughters who love attending WFCS elementary. So this sweet age group is her world which she cherishes with her whole heart. She looks forward to welcoming each Falcon Friend with smiles, hugs and reminding them of God’s promises each day.
Cheryl has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s of Education in School Counseling from Liberty University.
“As a patron for the past 5 years and now part of the staff, I have had the unique opportunity to view WFCS from both sides. I can say confidently that this school may be small but it is mighty. Seeking the Lord’s face, His will and desiring to do all for His glory in excellence. The students, families and faculty become like a 2nd family and can rest assure are prayed for. We thank the Lord for this loving, safe and spirit-filled school which is a gift from God.”
