School Events

Our annual auction is a long-standing tradition that brings together our students, staff, patrons, alumni and alumni families. Highlights of this event include: raffles, prizes, class themed baskets, food, fun & more!

Thank you to our sponsors and volunteers who helped to make our 44th Annual Auction a tremendous success! With your support, we were able to raise over $44,000 towards our school as we continue to provide a Christ-centered education, equipping and inspiring children and youth to faithfully serve God.

While this year’s auction has already passed, you can still make a financial contribution to our school through our secure donation portal. 

A relatively new event at WFCS, our Bag Bingo Fundraiser is quickly becoming one of our most popular annual gatherings on our calendar.

For almost 60 years, WFCS has been holding an annual Chicken BBQ Fundraiser featuring Ruth Stolzfus’ fine barbeque chicken recipe. You can order an individual meal or dinner for the whole family including sides, drinks, and dessert.

Held on the Friday before our Annual Auction, WFCS’s Fun Run gathers families and friends for an evening run, jog, or stroll at their own pace. After the race, we enjoy a time of fellowship and get an exclusive sneak peek at the items that will be featured in our Annual Auction the very next day!

Registration for the 2025 Fun Run has now closed.

For almost 40 years, WFCS patron volunteers have held an Annual Golf Outing. The day includes a light breakfast, 18 holes of golf, lunch, giveaways, prize holes, and fellowship! Held at Moccasin Run Golf Club, all proceeds benefit West Fallowfield Christian School.

S.T.E.A.M. night is an event held each year providing hands-on opportunities to learn more about a variety of topics within science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. This experimental learning experience embraces critical thinking, problem solving, and collaboration. A collection of staff, students, and outside community members come together to create and oversee stations where children and families can learn through participation. This fun event is a WFCS favorite!

Throughout the months of June and July, WFCS staff and faculty host week-long camps designed for Elementary and Middle School aged students. Our camps provide students with the opportunity to build new friendships, develop new skills, further explore God’s creation, and experience fun activities in and around our beautiful campus. Each camp is one half day (morning or afternoon), and includes options in theatre, athletics, arts, and STEM.

Track and Field Day is a West Fallowfield Christian School favorite! Not only does it showcase the athleticism and comradery of our school, but serves as a great time of fellowship for teachers, students, and their families! Students are given the opportunity to participate in various track and field events such as races, long jumping, throwing events, rope jumping, high jumping, and standing broad jump. While these are individual events, students are split into teams, in which each team supports their teammates and earns points in the overall competition for the day. 

Ultimately, the primary goal of Track and Field Day is to honor God through our talents and giving him our best in ALL things. Our prayer is that each student and their families enjoy this opportunity to fellowship and give Him the glory!

God calls us to care for His creation. Every spring, West Fallowfield Christian School students, families, and staff will donate their day to pick up trash along roadways and local parks in our neighborhood. WFCS works in association with PENNDOT’S Annual “KEEP PENNSYLVANIA BEAUTIFUL” roadside trash pick-up program in this endeavor.

While this is an opportunity for families to make a positive impact on the community, Trash Stash also serves as one of our largest school fundraisers. Students and families work together to collect donations from friends, relatives, neighbors, and area businesses.
