F.I.D. Day Information

Flexible Instructional Day

When necessary, students and staff will participate in a Flexible Instructional Day (FID); an alternate form of instruction in place of a day otherwise canceled due to inclement weather or building emergencies.

In the event a FID day is determined, students will complete learning assignments provided by the teacher at home.

Elementary Students (PS-Grade 5)

  • Your child’s homeroom teacher will contact you via email by 9 AM with additional directions and academic opportunities.
  • Teachers will be available for questions and assistance via email between 9:00 – 2:00.
  • Students are asked to return completed assignments on the next school day; returned assignments determine attendance.
