Mr. Byerley has been teaching History at WFCS since 2015. Prior to joining our staff, he taught at Coatesville High School. He is a Star Wars and Music buff that not only teaches American History, Civics, Geography, and High School European History, but is also the first face you see in the morning and the last face you see in the afternoon as he leads Safety Patrol.

Mr. Byerley graduated from Lock Haven University with a degree in History and went to West Chester University for his teaching certification. In his free time, he participates in Civil War reenactments, raises a vegetable garden, enjoys reading and being outdoors with his family. 

The thing he loves most about WFCS is that you can feel God’s presence here. It is also a place where you can establish strong relationships among students, staff, and families.
