Since the beginning of West Fallowfield Christian School in 1941, the Lord has blessed the school with many godly teachers, principals and staff. Each has brought their unique gifts and talents which have moved the school and its mission forward. Mr. Elvin Kennel has been with the school as principal for ten years and has sought the Lord's direction in his time here. Elvin has earned respect and built strong relationships within the school and community. After much prayer and conversation, Elvin has accepted the invitation to become the principal at Lancaster Mennonite High and Middle School beginning in July of this year. West Fallowfield Christian School is pleased to announce Mr. Seth Miller to be the next Administrator / Principal at West Fallowfield. We are pleased to have him join us and excited for him to share his many gifts and talents with the school. Mr. Miller comes to WFCS from Lancaster Mennonite High School where he teaches Social Studies. He is a graduate of Eastern Mennonite University with a degree in History and Social Science Education and a minor in Political Studies. As part of his college undergraduate cross-cultural requirement, he has done coursework in Italy and Switzerland focusing on the Italian Renaissance and Swiss-German Reformation periods. This summer, he plans to lead an upcoming student group to Italy, Switzerland and Germany on an educational tour. He attended Sarasota Christian School from K-12th grades in Florida. Mr. Miller also completed a pastoral internship at James Street Mennonite Church where he began an after-school outreach program that targeted youth in Lancaster City. He has served as Junior Varsity Basketball Coach and as an Assistant Soccer Coach, both at Lancaster Mennonite School. He is currently working on completing his Masters in Educational Administration and Supervision at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. Mr. Miller states, “When interacting with students, I believe that the call that is laid out for us in Micah 6 is paramount. Treat each parent and child with respect, attempting to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with God.” He lives in Lancaster with his wife, Kristie, who is an autistic specialist with the IU-13. They attend James Street Mennonite Church in Lancaster. Please join us as we welcome Mr. Miller and his wife to the West Fallowfield Christian School community.
