Visit West Fallowfield Christian School

West Fallowfield encourages prospective students and families to visit our campus.  Please call to schedule a meeting or visit our campus at one of our Open Houses (see Calendar of Events for dates and times).

Application Process

1) Submit the following forms:

a. Application for Admission

b. Pastor’s Confidential Recommendation Form

c. Certificate for Request for Textbooks and Instructional Materials

d. Immunization card completed by physician

e. Request for Information (sent following acceptance)

f. Medical Information

g. Patron Agreement (bring to interview)

All of these forms are available by contacting the school office at (610)593-5011.

2) Attach the non-refundable registration fee of $180.00 ($90.00 if applying before March 16^th) made payable to WFCS.  Pre-Kindergarten registration fee is $90.00.

3) An interview between the parents and the Admissions’ Committee is arranged upon receipt of the application, pastor’s recommendation form, and registration fee.  The Admissions Committee will contact you to arrange an interview.

4) Students entering middle school as first-time students will interview with the Middle School Coordinator.

5) Every attempt will be made to assess the academic background of the student applicant prior to admission.  The Board of Trustees reserves the right to make provisional acceptance pending clarification of a student’s educational needs.  For kindergarten applicants, this includes satisfactory completion of the developmental screening.

6) The school office will contact parents to confirm their child’s acceptance.
